We are hiring a full-time
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help us identify, research, and build relationships with vein and vascular practices throughout the United States.

This is
not a traditional high-volume call-center position
. We are looking for someone who can research prospective practices, identify the right decision-makers, execute thoughtful personalized outreach, and consistently follow up to create qualified sales opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Research vein and vascular clinics throughout the United States
- Identify physicians, practice owners, practice managers, and other relevant decision-makers
- Research each practice, its services, locations, marketing presence,



and potential opportunities
- Prepare prospect research our team can use to create highly personalized outreach
- Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Make targeted outbound calls and follow-up calls when appropriate
- Professionally navigate receptionists and gatekeepers
- Build relationships with prospects rather than relying solely on one-time cold outreach
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients over longer sales cycles
- Schedule qualified meetings with our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, objections, and next steps in our CRM
- Ensure promising prospects never fall through the cracks
- Test different outreach messages and approaches with our team
- Track outreach activity, responses, meetings, and results
