Job Summary

We are seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
with 5+ years of experience in backend development to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices for our SaaS platform. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, and distributed microservice architectures
, along with hands-on experience with Node.js.

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, contribute to architecture and technical roadmaps, troubleshoot complex production issues, and collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver reliable and high-quality software.

Experience with
Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, AWS, React/TypeScript, Gradle, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
will be highly valued.

The position is
hybrid in Mexico
, with candidates in the
Mexico City vicinity
preferred and expected to work
2 days per week onsite
. Strong English communication skills and an ownership-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving are essential.
