About Our Client

They prioritize active listening and collaboration with Board members to understand their objectives and develop strategic, customized HOA management solutions that align with community goals and long-term success.

We're looking for a Assistant Property Manager to support the following activities:
- Provide day-to-day operations support to Area Managers.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for homeowners by providing responsive customer service via phone and email, addressing routine inquiries, procedural questions,



and basic concerns.
- Coordinate work orders, maintenance tickets, and compliance concerns with vendors and internal teams, including scheduling services, verifying completion, and collecting required documentation.
- Track the status of ongoing community projects, follow up on outstanding items, and provide regular progress updates.
- Provide support to the Board of Directors and Committee Members, composing correspondence, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, etc.
- Review and code invoices received from vendors.
- Arrange Board of Directors meetings and prepare all board meeting packets and correspondence necessary to notify parties and provide updates.
- Maintain consistent communication with contract vendors, reporting concerns to the Board and/or Committees.
- Assist in obtaining bid proposals and prepare bid comparisons for board review.
