Job Responsibilities

1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for laboratory diagnostic instruments and related reagents, including installation, commissioning,



application guidance, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.

2. Collect and analyze real-world application feedback on company products, and gather market intelligence on comparable products used in hospitals.

3. Maintain close communication with product application engineers, and build strong, long-term working relationships with hospitals and medical professionals.

4. Support the sales team by delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and operational training before and after sales.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical Laboratory Science, Electronics, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Equipment Maintenance, or related fields.

2. At least one year of experience in technical support, field service, or customer service, preferably in the medical device or IVD industry.
