Job Summary:

We are a growing US-based real estate investment company looking for a motivated, highly organized, and fluent English-speaking Lead Manager. You will be the first point of contact for our potential property sellers. Your main goal is to qualify inbound and outbound leads, build rapport, gather property details, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

This position is a 30-hour-per-week role with a clear path to scale into a full-time position as our lead volume increases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Call back motivated sellers, answer inbound inquiries, and systematically follow up with cold/warm leads.
- Data Management:



Keep our CRM updated with detailed, accurate notes regarding property condition, seller motivation, timeline, and asking price.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments for our Acquisitions Managers.
- Relationship Building: Establish immediate rapport with American property owners over the phone.

Requirements:
- English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English (near-native or completely fluent is mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or real estate lead generation.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with real estate CRMs (like Podio, REI BlackBook, or Salesforce) and VOIP phone systems (like Smartphone, Dialpad, or RingCentral).
- Workspace: A quiet home office setup with a high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer/headset.
