We are looking for a
Senior Account Manager
who can do much more than maintain a client relationship.

This position requires someone who can
own and grow strategic accounts, identify new business opportunities, work closely with technical and delivery teams, manage client escalations, and understand the fundamentals of project delivery.

? What You’ll Do
- Own and strengthen relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary bridge between the
client, Sales, Project Management, Delivery, and technical teams
.
- Drive
account mining
, identifying new projects, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop account-growth strategies and increase revenue within existing clients.




- Conduct executive business reviews and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Identify client needs and translate them into viable business and technology opportunities.
- Manage client concerns and escalations while coordinating internal resolution plans.
- Track account health, revenue, pipeline, risks, delivery performance, and growth opportunities.
- Support renewals, commercial negotiations, proposals, SOWs, and long-term client engagements.
- Understand project delivery enough to discuss
scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, change requests, and delivery commitments
with clients and internal teams.

? What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience
, with strong exposure to Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Client Relationship Management, Sales, Service Delivery, or Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience managing
enterprise technology accounts

- Background in
IT services, SaaS, managed services, cloud, digital transformation,
