This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Success Manager based in Mexico.
This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity focused on owning the complete post-sale client experience, from onboarding through retention and long-term success.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 20–30 active clients, building trusted relationships with founders and executive stakeholders.

The role combines client success, cold email campaign strategy, operational problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting.

You will diagnose campaign performance, improve deliverability, optimize messaging, and proactively address risks that could affect client satisfaction.

You will also help create scalable processes, documentation, playbooks, and operational standards as the business grows.

Working closely with developers, outreach specialists, and senior leadership, you will have significant autonomy and ownership over client outcomes.

Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end client success journey for a portfolio of approximately 20–30 active clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding, delivery, retention, and ongoing account management.
- Lead onboarding calls, strategy sessions, and recurring client meetings while building strong relationships with founders, executives, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor client health, satisfaction, campaign performance, and delivery quality, proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies to prevent churn.
- Review and optimize cold email campaigns, diagnosing issues related to deliverability, inbox placement, domain health, prospect list quality, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct quality assurance before campaign launches and continuously recommend improvement
