About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Java Support Engineer
to join our application support team in an L2/L3 capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
Java 8/17, Unix/Linux, SQL, coding, and application troubleshooting
, along with a proactive approach to production support.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving application issues, supporting the reliability and performance of critical systems, automating manual processes, and working closely with development, management, users, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, diagnosing complex technical issues, writing code when required, and driving issues through to resolution.
