Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Nonprofit Fundraising role based in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, CHP, with some work-from-home flexibility. The fundraiser will plan and execute campaigns to secure donations from individuals, corporations, and institutions, including preparing outreach materials, coordinating events, and maintaining donor communications. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and researching prospective donors, drafting proposals and sponsorship letters,



managing donor databases, and tracking contributions and fundraising activities. The role also involves collaborating with program and communications teams to align fundraising messages with project needs, reporting on campaign performance, and supporting budget planning related to fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications
- Fundraising and development skills, including donor prospecting, campaign planning, and relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting proposals, presentations, and outreach materials in a clear and compelling way.
- Basic financial and organizational skills for tracking donations, maintaining records, and supporting budget and reporting activities.
- Event coordination skills for organizing small fundraising events, meetings, and community engagement activities.
