Job Description
Primary Function of Position




The organization requires advanced technical expertise and innovative thinking to lead high-

priority initiatives that impact quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

Essential Job Duties
- Assemble, bring up, and test manufacturing equipment in preparation for successful

qualification and operation
- Perform qualification and validation on manufacturing equipment according to company

procedures
- Troubleshooting of electromechanical systems that include motion, pneumatics,

electronics systems, PLC or Computer based
- Execute maintenance and startup of equipment when applicable
- Relocate and Install manufacturing equipment according to

manufacturers and qualification documentation
- Perform LOTO activities
- Train and Support PMC personal in Preventive Maintenance Instructions
- Document Equipment Events with no impact to product assembled
- Purchase of replacement spare parts, equipment, components
- Provide equipment-related technical sup
