Compensation: $6.00 – $8 / hour (Dependent on experience)

We are currently seeking an organized, sharp, and proactive HVAC Install Coordinator with strong HVAC dispatch experience to join our team in a permanent, fully remote capacity.

Role Overview

As our HVAC Install Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between our customers, sales team, installation crews, and internal operations team. You will coordinate installation projects from scheduling through completion, ensuring that the right crew is assigned, job information is accurate, materials and equipment are ready, and installations stay on schedule.

This position requires someone who understands HVAC installation operations and field dispatching.



You should be comfortable managing multiple installation jobs, coordinating crews, adjusting schedules, and resolving logistical issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation projects based on job requirements, crew availability, location, and technician skill sets.
- Dispatch: Dispatch HVAC installation crews and ensure they receive complete and accurate job information before heading to the job site.
- Crew Coordination: Communicate with Install Leads, Installers, Helpers, and other field personnel regarding schedules, job requirements, delays, and changes.
