Responsibilities:
- Develop reliability prediction models and recommend test methodologies as needed.
- Develop reliability test cycles based on real-world product usage profiles and field conditions.
- Analyze warranty data, DFMEA outputs, PFMEA and Control Plan inputs, and field findings to prevent recurrence of failures in testing and the field.
- Assist the Reliability Lab and Product Engineering with test failure investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
- Support Product Engineering in the application of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reliability, quality, design, or industrial engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to Travel.
