Your day to day
- Partner with the Senior Manager, Field Marketing Services to support the digital marketing scope of services to drive incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business targets of the individual properties
- Accountable for tracking and executing marketing activities (including but not limited to: reviewing channel audits, writing and implementing copy for hotel websites, responding to internal team scope inquiries) within Commercial Services digital marketing scope
- Work alongside Field Marketing manager to execute the digital marketing scope of services to drive incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business targets of the individual properties
- Maintain comprehensive service documentation for internal governance and hotel stakeholders, in collaboration with the Leadership.
- Find efficiencies in ways of working to support the team with Commercial Services digital marketing scope.
- Participate in team, stakeholder, and cross-functional meetings to maintain strong collaboration and alignment.

What We Need From You
- Bachelor’s degree,



preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or Commerce or related disciplines
- 2-5 years relevant experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communications, and data analysis skills, including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives and available technologies
- Understanding of hotel Industry, particularly in digital marketing
- Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, high growth environment
