EZ MD Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Medical Scribe to support a U.S.-based Rheumatology practice remotely.

We're looking for candidates fluent in English and Spanish with strong medical knowledge and documentation skills. Previous medical scribing experience is preferred. Physicians, medical graduates, nurses, and candidates with relevant clinical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST
- Friday hours: To be confirmed
- Immediate availability preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Document patient-provider encounters accurately in real time.
- Maintain and update patient charts in the EHR.
- Review and track lab results and outstanding follow-ups.
- Organize outside physician notes and medical records.
- Provide clinical documentation and administrative support to the physician.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Previous Medical Scribe or clinical experience preferred.




- Experience with EHR/EMR systems; eClinicalWorks is highly preferred.
- Strong typing, listening, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be available for the required U.S. schedule.

Preferred
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) or healthcare/clinical background.
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based healthcare practice.
- Rheumatology experience.
- Experience with lab review and medical records.
