Job Summary

*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an* *Automation Software Engineer SR* *located in* *Guadalajara, North Campus* *.*

*The Automation Software Engineer role involves being responsible for Defining, Developing, & Implementing Automation projects. Focusing on delivering reliable solutions for our customers.*

What a typical day looks like:
- Develop Software for Automation solutions under the current standard.
- Evaluate and provide robust solutions on safety for automatic equipment.




- Have the capability to independently identify root causes of failures in the automated equipment, to provide and implement solutions.
- High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.
- High level participation in internal process improvements.
- Able to develop software solutions to fill automation equipment requirements following Flex standardization.
- Work in collaboration with Project Manager to meet projects timelines.
- Work in a team environment sharing knowledge among colleagues.
- Is proactive, self-driven and motivated.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Strong experience in Software Development, delivering reliable solutions.
- Development, using SW, such as: Phyton, Visual studio, others
- Capable to find rout causes and debugging for Automation development equipment
- knowledge in Electrical Diagrams for automation equipment
- experience in Safety devices implementation and evaluat
