Position Summary:





The District Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across a designated group of Timberland retail stores. This role partners closely with District Managers, Store Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, inventory management, merchandising, compliance, customer experience, and financial performance. The District Operations Manager serves as a key business partner, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, reduce operational risk, and support sustainable growth while maintaining Timberland’s brand values and consumer-first mindset.
