What you will be doing:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries (via email or phone)
- Provide support on call-backs to get more details about customer inquiries.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or team for further assistance when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved concerns to team leaders.
- Help maintain and update customer databases.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:
- Being enrolled and pursuing a BS in Finance, Accounting or Administration.
