Job Details
- The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for
- Operating Plan (AOP) process by developing savings forecasts, pipeline assumptions, and cost baselines across indirect categories
- Assist in annual budget planning cycles, ensuring procurement initiatives are accurately reflected in functional and enterprise budgets
- Provide ongoing support to Finance and Category Managers to track actuals vs. AOP commitments, including identification of risks and opportunities
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on indirect sourcing performance, including savings realization, pipeline health, and KPI tracking
- Ensure accurate documentation, auditability, and consistency of all savings reported

The Procurement Finance Analyst supports the Indirect Integral Category Management team by driving financial transparency, reporting accuracy,



and validated cost savings across procurement initiatives. This role partners closely with Finance to ensure rigor in savings tracking, supports the annual operating plan (AOP) and budget planning processes, maintains accurate project data within procurement systems, and delivers actionable insights through reporting and analysis.

The position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and supporting the execution of global sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
