What you'll do
- Own and streamline the end-to-end publishing setup across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, CM360, DV360, Snapchat and more - from reference campaigns to scalable automation.
- Translate campaign requirements into robust Cape.io configurations, ensuring accurate mappings,



naming conventions, asset structures and platform-specific compliance.
- Test, validate and optimize publishing flows, identifying edge cases and improving reliability, performance and scalability across markets and formats.
- Guide clients in adopting self-service workflows, providing hands-on support, clear documentation and best-practice setups that reduce manual intervention over time.

What you'll bring
- Language Skills: Fluency in
English and Spanish
with strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing interactions.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (Meta, Google Marketing Platform, social and display channels) and how campaign structures translate into technical setups or strong willingness to learn.
- A detail-driven mindset with the ability to manage complex, highly configurable systems without losing sight of the bigger picture.
