We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online to manage financial records across multiple business entities. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records across multiple companies/entities
- Import, reconcile, and organize financial data in QuickBooks
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Move between different Quickbooks accounts easily and quickly
- Ensure proper categorization of transactions and chart of accounts management
- Prepare financial reports and maintain clean, audit-ready books
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively

Required Qualifications




- Minimum 4+ years of full-time experience using QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
- Proven ability to import, reconcile, and organize books across multiple entities
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – you will be tested for proficiency
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a business environment

Technical & Communication Requirements
- Must be able to make direct phone calls to the United States
- VoIP / WiFi-based calling apps (WhatsApp, etc.) are used but NOT acceptable for business calls to different vendors
- Must have a reliable VPN to access U.S.-based platforms and systems
- Stable high speed internet connection and professional remote work setup required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17,500.00 - $26,500.00 per month
