As a
BPA Corporate Functions Sr Analyst
supporting the
Corporate Functions and Ops Team
, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Planning and Analysis team through detailed financial analysis, report development, and financial forecasting. You will provide data-driven recommendations, mentor team members, and tackle complex challenges independently.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit/loss analysis, working capital, and expense tracking




- Support the creation of financial models to evaluate potential business outcomes.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with business units to gather financial data for forecasting and budgeting
- Analyze internal financial data and market conditions for performance insights
- Help maintain financial performance tracking tools and reporting dashboards
- Assist in month-end close activities, working with accounting on accruals and reserves Provide training, guidance, and support to junior employees, enhancing team capabilities
- Handle escalated or complex issues/projects requiring cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
- Oversee projects and deliverables autonomously, developing and managing improvement projects from concept to implementation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related analytical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
