Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to healthcare workers to offer available shifts and open assignments.
- Confirm healthcare worker availability and match candidates with appropriate clinical placements.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to open shifts and last-minute staffing requests.
- Maintain clear follow-ups and keep accurate, up-to-date staffing records.
- Ensure all client staffing needs are fully covered in a timely manner.
Requirements & Skills
- Background in healthcare staffing, recruitment, scheduling, or administrative support preferred.
- Comfortable and confident making frequent outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up capabilities.
- Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
