*The Manufacturing Engineer is a hands-on development role focused on understanding how work is performed on the production floor, identifying problems, and finding practical ways to make processes easier, safer, faster, and more efficient.*

Key Responsibilities
- Spend full time on the production floor understanding processes and operator needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, ergonomics, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
- Lead and support continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
- Work directly with operators to understand challenges and implement improvements.
- Improve and standardize manual manufacturing processes and work methods.
- Track results, measure improvements, and follow up on action plans.




- Build strong working relationships with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills through hands-on experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; internships and co-op experience are considered.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership
- High energy, initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working hands-on and spending significant time on the production floor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with operators and production teams.
- English is desirable, but not required.
