We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer who knows how to turn an idea into a working automation, AI agent, or integrated workflow.

This is not a role for someone whose AI experience consists primarily of using ChatGPT or experimenting with prompts.

We want a builder and problem-solver who has already created functional automations, AI agents, API integrations, or intelligent workflows and can show us examples of their work.

You don't need to know every tool in our stack. You do need the technical ability and resourcefulness to learn new platforms, troubleshoot problems, and figure things out.

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency with more than 24 years of experience helping businesses grow.

Our AI and Automation division develops systems that reduce manual work, improve sales and marketing processes, automate communication, and create new opportunities for our company and clients.

You'll work remotely from Mexico and collaborate directly with company leadership and our technical team.

What You'll Build

Your projects may include

- AI agents for sales, customer communication, lead nurturing, and internal operations
- Automated workflows connecting multiple business applications
- AI personalities and character-based agents with defined behavior, memory, and communication styles
- CRM automations for lead management, follow-up, sales, and marketing
- Voice AI systems involving text-to-speech, transcription, and conversational automation
- Social media automation across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Reddit, and LinkedIn
- API and webhook integrations between platforms
- Automated processes that replace repetitive manual work
- AI-assisted decision-making, classification, sentiment analysis,



and data processing

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered automations
- Connect applications through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
- Build and improve AI agents using LLMs and related technologies
- Troubleshoot failed automations and integration issues
- Improve existing workflows for reliability and efficiency
- Test systems thoroughly before deployment
- Monitor and troubleshoot production workflows
- Document important automations and system configurations
- Research new AI technologies and determine whether they have practical business applications
- Work directly with leadership to turn business problems into technical solutions

Technical Experience We're Looking For We are interested in candidates with hands-on experience in several of the following areas:
- n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- OpenAI / GPT APIs or other LLM APIs
- REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- AI agents and multi-step AI workflows
- Prompt design and structured outputs
- CRM automation
- Python and/or JavaScript
- LangChain or similar AI development frameworks
- ElevenLabs, Whisper, or other voice AI technologies
- Databases and data manipulation
- Social media integrations and automation

You do not need experience with every technology listed above. We care more about whether you understand how systems connect and whether you can independently learn what you don't already know.

- Your AI experience is primarily using ChatGPT as an end user
- You have never built a working automation or integration
- You rely entirely on tutorials to complete technical projects
- You need detailed instructions for every task
- You don't test your work before considering it complete
- You stop when you encounter a technology you haven't used before
- You are looking for a short-term freelance project rather than a long-term position

We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to know how to figure things out.

Requirements

- Must currently reside in Mexico
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Hands-on experience building automations, integrations, or AI systems
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to demonstrate previous technical work

This is a 100% remote position within Mexico. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with leadership, take ownership of real projects, and expand your responsibilities as you demonstrate your capabilities.
