We are looking for an Applications Jr. Manager (Operations Control) to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for an individual with operational leadership, a results-oriented mindset, and analytical thinking who understands how to lead the strategy, management, and evolution of Aeromexico’s Operational Control application ecosystem, ensuring the availability, stability, security, and integration of the platforms supporting airline operations. The role will define the technology roadmap, optimize processes and integrations, and coordinate operational and technology teams to ensure business continuity and real-time decision-making.

Educational requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:

- Experience managing critical enterprise applications.
- Experience leading technical teams, vendors, or high-criticality technology initiatives.




- Experience managing enterprise applications under SaaS models or specialized solutions for critical operations.
- Experience operating technology solutions in critical 24/7 environments.

Skills to succeed:

- Knowledge of integration architectures, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, incident management, and business continuity.
- Experience with airline operational systems and processes (preferred).
- Experience with Jeppesen, Sabre, Lufthansa NetLine, Amadeus Sky Suite, or similar platforms (preferred).
- Certifications in ITIL, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or AWS (preferred).
