? $1,400 Base + Uncapped Commissions (OTE $1800-$2500+)

? Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM (1 hr lunch) + Saturdays 11 AM–4 PM ET

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales & Leasing Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for every prospective resident interested in the client’s properties. This is a fast-paced,



fully remote role where speed, warmth, and consistency directly influence occupancy rates.

? Contact every new lead within one hour and convert interest into scheduled tours.

What You’ll Do
? Speed to Lead
Monitor the CRM throughout your shift for new leads across multiple properties.
Contact every new lead within 60 minutes via phone (primary) plus follow-up outreach.
Make multiple strategic contact attempts until successful connection.
? Tour Conversion & Sales
Build rapport quickly through warm, confident phone communication.
Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and match them with the right property.
Overcome objections professionally and confidently.
Schedule tours and confirm appointments—no missed opportunities.
