Business Development Lead / Sales Representative

Compensation: $2,300 - $3,000 USD/month (base salary) + attractive commissions

We're looking for a Business Development Lead to help accelerate the growth of our company by identifying new markets, generating qualified opportunities, and closing new business. What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Present the company's services and develop customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.




- Develop new revenue streams and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Research new industries, market trends, and expansion opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, strategic partners, and referral sources.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to improve sales processes and support business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Executive, or similar client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
- Experience selling professional services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, EOR, or B2B solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executives and business owners.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Li
