Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in systems engineering or requirements engineering , preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of ASPICE , particularly SYS.2 System Requirements Analysis and related systems engineering processes.
Experience developing and managing system-level requirements.
Strong understanding of requirements engineering principles and the systems engineering V-model.
Experience with requirements traceability, change management, and impact analysis.
Ability to create clear, testable, and verifiable requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
