PurposeThis role is responsible for carrying out all admin duties as required by Sales Team such as filing, typing or handling calls. Aims to attain a business volume as high as possible and to heighten the sales. In order to combine the customer’s satisfaction and sales aspects,



carries out site inspections and show-rounds as required by the Sales team, is included in planning and coordination the travel assistance in lodging and transportation, if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generation of reports for Management.

· Documentation for tenders.

· Analysis of Sales information and processing in CRM.

· Support to management and sales force in various activities.

· Travel logistics support

· Expense report support for Sales team

· Market research among customers

Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree

· 2 years in similar positions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Highly Organized and Proactive

· Knowledge and experience working in Scheduling and Follow ups

· Excellent service and teamwork attitude

· Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers

· Bilingual Spanish-English (read, write and speak is a must)

Equipment/Software Utilized

· Proficient computer skills, including intermediate level (or greater) experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Particularly y Excel
