Impact in the world of healthcare.
Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Career
As a Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and evolve end-to-end technology products and solutions that support healthcare analytics, data platforms, and enterprise systems. You will work closely with clients, cloud architects, engineers, and delivery teams to define scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures that meet evolving business and technical needs in the healthcare industry setting.
You will play a key role in shaping cloud-native, data-driven, and AI-integrated solutions across the full development lifecycle—from discovery and architecture through implementation and production—ensuring systems are resilient, fault-tolerant, and secure. The focus on these solutions is healthcare provider automation, patient access and engagement and cloud modernization including infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Solution & Architecture Design
- Design end-to-end system architectures, data models, data flows, and integration strategies
- Develop cloud and service offerings aligned with business requirements and technical standards
- Architect scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant solutions optimized for performance and cost
- Create secure, isolated, and reproducible infrastructure to support analytics, AI,
and production workloads
- Architect AI-integrated systems, defining how large language models, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, and traditional services compose into reliable full-cycle applications
Cloud, Integration & Automation
- Develop, customize, test, deploy, and document orchestration and automation solutions
- Enable cloud platform resources for data scientists, engineers, and analytics use cases
- Support integration of in-house and third-party tools across enterprise environments
- Optimize cloud architectures for total cost of ownership (TCO)
based on usage patterns
AI Integration & Applied Intelligence
- Design end-to-end AI solutions that combine LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation
(RAG), agentic workflows, and traditional ML where each is the right fit
- Evaluate and select foundation models, orchestration frameworks, and vector stores against cost, latency, accuracy, and data-sensitivity requirements
- Define evaluation, guardrail, and observability strategies for AI features—covering prompt and response logging, hallucination and drift detection, PHI/PII handling,
and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Establish reusable patterns for prompt engineering, context management, tool and function calling, and retrieval quality
- Advise clients and delivery teams on where AI creates durable value versus where deterministic approaches are the better choice
Client Engagement & Delivery Support
- Conduct client workshops and presentations to demonstrate solution value and capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and consultancy throughout the project lifecycle
- Support L2/L3 troubleshooting for cloud integrations, configurations, and platform incidents
- Collaborate closely with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, and service owners
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and architectural best practices
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies and approaches
- Recommend architectural improvements to address changing client needs
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable architecture patterns
Team Leadership & Enablement
