We're Hiring: Transportation Broker Assistant Location: Remote About the Role We're looking for an experienced Transportation Broker Assistant to join a growing logistics team supporting freight brokerage operations across North America. This role is adecuado for someone with hands-on experience in freight brokerage and load coordination who can independently manage loads, communicate with carriers, negotiate rates, verify carrier compliance, and track shipments from pickup through delivery. You'll work directly with the head of the customer's book of business, supporting the day-to-day operation and gradually taking on more responsibility as you build confidence in the role. This is not an entry-level position and requires someone who already understands the freight brokerage process and can work independently with minimal training.
