Reporting directly to the HR Director, you as an HR Partner will be responsible for serving as the primary Human Resources partner for the Múzquiz manufacturing facility, working closely with plant leadership to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and operational execution.



You will support a high-visibility manufacturing operation within the Transportation & Logistics (T&L;) – Cole Hersee / Commercial Vehicle Products (CVP) business unit, helping align people strategies with business and operational priorities.
You will collaborate closely with plant leadership and Human Resources Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and HR Operations, to strengthen leadership capabilities, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will also provide HR guidance to leaders, support employee relations and organizational change initiatives, strengthen training and capability-building programs, and use workforce metrics to support informed business decisions.
