About the HR and Operations Director role...The HR and Operations Director – AMERs is responsible for leading the people and workplace agenda across the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico and Latin America). This key role partners closely with regional and integral leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive culture, ensure excellent people operations,



and run smooth day-to-day office operations that enable our teams to do their best work.
Regional People StrategyTranslate the global people strategy into a clear, actionable plan for the AMERs region. Provide thought partnership to the AMERs leadership team on organisation design, workforce planning and change management. Use people and business data to identify regional trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend practical actions.
HR Business PartneringAct as a senior HR Business Partner to AMERs leaders, coaching them on leadership, performance, talent and engagement. Provide clear, pragmatic advice on complex employee relations matters, balancing risk, compliance and commercial outcomes. Support leaders through restructures, role changes and other organisational changes in line with local employment laws.
People Operations and ComplianceOversee end-to-end people operations for AMERs, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, policy application and HR system
