Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and follow up on action items.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or blockers, and escalate issues to relevant project or department leads.
Act as a communication link between internal and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Coordinate the delivery, review, and approval of marketing assets across relevant stakeholders.
Track team capacity and workloads to support resource planning across active projects.
