QA Autom Analyst II (BTW) in BT West
Unique Skills:
The candidate must have:

1+ years of proven track record of building and deploying automated tests in a software development environment.
At least 1 year of experience working in a team environment
Experience coding in Java, Python, or similar languages
Knowledge of, and preferably experience in, the use of test management tools and test automation frameworks
Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Great attitude, proactive and service-driven
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsible with a sense of urgency
Embodies resiliency and continuous improvement
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Due to business travel, a valid US Visa is required

General qualifications:

Helps validate IT processes through careful testing to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives
Able to develop test plans and scripts based on deep analysis of data in support of business cases, projects, and/or system requirements
Able to identify and dissect workflows,



create and validate test assets, and support multiple customers and projects concurrently
1+ years working under the SDLC is preferred
1+ years working in Scrum, Kanban or SAFe is preferred
Expertise using an IDE (IntelliJ, Visual Studio, etc)
Experience with GIT as version control system
Proficiency with MS Office
Good planning, time management and organization skills
Convey ideas and concerns clearly and effectively
Empathetic and Results-Oriented
Embraces change and willingness to take on challenges
Facilitate knowledge transfer and build technical documentation for new and existing solutions

A plus:

Experience with Issue tracking and requirements gathering
Experience working with Eggplant, Selenium, Playwright or Tricentis is a big plus
Experience working under Azure DevOps is a big plus

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required. 3 years of experience
