To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
The Planner Scheduler role involves in charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
What a typical day looks like:
Generate production plans based on capacity.
Create and manage work orders.
Verify WIP accuracy.
Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees,



equipments etc.), confirmation of the order.
Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group
Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations
Preparation of long term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast)
Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /Non-consumed demand, planned WO’s.
Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.
Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences
Preparing management and CFT specificated reports, monitoring of KPI’s.
Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.
Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority
