This role is responsible for leading the People agenda for the VDM Sales organization, developing and executing talent, organization, culture, and workforce strategies that enable commercial growth, strengthen organizational capabilities,



and drive business performance.
Your Impact
As People Business Partner Director your scope would consist of:
Lead the People Agenda for the VDM Sales organization, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people strategies to drive sustainable growth and performance.
Partner with senior Sales leaders to develop and execute talent, organization, culture, and workforce plans that strengthen organizational capabilities and accelerate business results.
Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, succession management, and capability building to support current and future business needs.
Lead key talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Partner with business leaders to attract, develop, retain, and deploy critical talent, ensuring robust pip
