Chemours is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our growing team. This position will be available at the LA-MX-Plaza_Carso Site

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ticket Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for Workday-related user tickets; monitor, prioritize, resolve and document issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.
QRG (Quick Reference Guide) Management:
Create, maintain, and update QRGs and user documentation for Workday to ensure clarity, consistency, and easy user access.
SharePoint Site Management:
Oversee and update the HRIS SharePoint site, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and organized for HR stakeholders.
Year-End Activities:
Lead and support year-end HRIS processes including reporting, system updates, audits, and documentation to meet compliance and business requirements.
