About the role
As a Sr. Manager – Materials, you will lead a large team of experienced professionals and team leaders responsible for materials and logistics operations. You will define and implement materials and inventory management strategies that support current and future production requirements,



while driving operational efficiency, quality, cost reduction and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact the business by ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory performance and enabling reliable and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Manager – Materials & Logistics, you'll be responsible for:
Lead and develop a large team of materials and logistics professionals and team leaders, establishing clear objectives, accountability and performance expectations.
Define and implement materials and inventory management strategies to support production targets, operational requirements and quality standards.
Establish and maintain inventory and quality control systems to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy and adherence to operating schedules.
