As Global Pricing Manager, Fragrance Ingredients, you will partner with commercial leadership to drive pricing excellence across a integral portfolio. You will transform market, financial and operational insights into pricing strategies that support sustainable growth, improve profitability and strengthen competitive positioning. This role serves as a key business partner across Commercial, Finance, Operations,



Supply Chain and Research and Development, ensuring pricing decisions remain fact-based, consistent and aligned with overall Scent business objectives.
Where You'll Make a Difference
Serve as the primary pricing business partner for the Fragrance Ingredients commercial organization globally.
Develop and execute pricing strategies that support profitable growth while balancing customer, market and business objectives.
Lead pricing analyses and commercial recommendations for existing products, new product introductions and strategic growth initiatives.
Coordinate and support semi-annual and periodic customer pricing reviews and negotiations.
Establish and maintain sustainable global pricing frameworks, governance processes and pricing data integrity.
Analyze profitability trends across products, customers and regions, identifying risks, opportunities and margin improvement actions.
