? Project Overview In this role, you will join an agile FinTech engineering team dedicated to building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality enterprise web applications. You will collaborate closely with product management and cross-functional teams to deliver performant digital solutions, implement complex state management, modernize backend APIs,



and elevate engineering standards through technical mentorship and peer code reviews.
? Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and design teams to define, architect, and deliver high-impact web features within an Agile workflow.
Code Quality & Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, maintainability, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members on business and technical concepts to improve overall engineering performance and delivery speed.
Testing & Optimization: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, identify system bottlenecks, and ensure high application performance and responsiveness.
