About the role
WeWork is looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing to help drive marketing performance across our global portfolio. Based in Mexico City and part of WeWork’s Global Marketing team, this role will sit at the intersection of global marketing strategy, regional marketing, and property-level execution, helping ensure our marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact across markets.
The Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing will partner closely with regional marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and evolve the frameworks, programs,



and insights that enable strong field marketing around the world. A critical part of the role will be developing a deep understanding of global and regional marketing performance—identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of underperformance and translating those insights into actionable recommendations for regional teams and the broader Global Marketing organization.
This individual will also help strengthen our approach to property marketing, ensuring marketing strategies reflect the needs of individual buildings, neighborhoods, and markets while remaining connected to broader regional and global priorities. The role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, understand both portfolio-level and property-level business needs, and bring structure and consistency to marketing across a complex, integral organization.
