We are looking for a strategically minded and execution-oriented Growth Manager to drive scalable online revenue across key Latin American markets, primarily Mexico, Argentina,



and Colombia.
In this role, you will lead conversion-focused growth initiatives across both our owned brand websites and third-party marketplaces (e.g., You will be responsible for orchestrating four key pillars—Performance Media, Content/Creative Strategy, SEO, and CRM/Lifecycle Marketing—to maximize acquisition, retention, and total sales. This role sits at the intersection of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and Commercial strategy.
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to scale sales across owned D2C sites and marketplace storefronts in Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia in a profitable approach.
Align growth targets (ROAS, CLTV, Conversion Rate, GMV) with commercial and regional leadership.
Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok / Marketplace Ads like Mercado Ads and Amazon Ads).
