Regional Scope: Support multiple manufacturing plants across Mexico
We are seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing sites in Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving supply chain performance, aligning planning strategies, enhancing inventory management, and supporting business growth through strong cross-functional collaboration.
The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing environments, demand and production planning, SIOP processes, inventory optimization, and supply chain strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate supply chain activities across multiple manufacturing plants in Mexico.
Drive the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, and business objectives.
Manage regional demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and inventory strategies.
Develop and implement supply chain initiatives to improve service levels,



inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Partner with plant leadership, operations, purchasing, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support business objectives.
Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the region.
Support new product launches, customer growth initiatives, and operational changes impacting the supply chain network.
Lead capacity planning efforts and ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
Optimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service expectations.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to standardize processes and implement best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams across multiple locations.
