Position Summary
The Supply Chain Transformation Lead is responsible for driving business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain functions through process optimization, technology enablement, and organizational change management. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping identify improvement opportunities, redesign processes, and accelerate digital adoption across warehousing, transportation, inventory, and procurement-related functions. The idóneo candidate combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, a transformation mindset, and the ability to learn quickly in dynamic environments. We are looking for a corporate entrepreneur who proactively identifies opportunities, challenges the status quo, and drives meaningful business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Transformation
- Lead process discovery, documentation, analysis, and redesign initiatives across Supply Chain functions.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process assessments.
- Develop current-state (As-Is)



and future-state (To-Be) process maps.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support the development of business cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

SAP Supply Chain Enablement
- Support initiatives involving SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, user acceptance activities, training, and deployment efforts.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote best practices and process standardization.

Digital Transformation & AI Adoption
- Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intel
