Overview
A leading company in the industrial construction sector is seeking a PROJECT CONTROL / Senior Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects across industrial, manufacturing, data center, and commercial facilities. This role is responsible for leading project scheduling and controls activities, including the development, maintenance, and analysis of detailed project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and project closeout. The position serves as a key project controls resource, providing schedule management, progress tracking, forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and performance analysis to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with project objectives, while supporting project teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Schedule Development & Management: Lead the development, baseline preparation, maintenance, and periodic update of integrated project schedules for all phases of delivery, including design,



procurement, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project objectives.
- Project Controls & Performance Analysis: Monitor project progress, collect and validate field data, analyze schedule performance, identify variances, evaluate critical path impacts, and support corrective action plans to mitigate delays and improve project execution.
- Coordination & Schedule Integration: Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, discipline leads, owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to integrate schedule inputs, validate sequencing, resolve schedule conflicts, and support timely decision-making.
- Reporting, Forecasting & Risk Visibility: Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, executive summaries, performance indicators, forecasts, and schedule risk analyses to
