Engagement Title: Independent Contractor – Bilingual TikTok Affiliate Specialist (English/Spanish)

Engagement Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual TikTok Affiliate Specialist (English/Spanish) to support our growing TikTok Shop. The successful Contractor will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with Spanish-speaking TikTok creators and affiliates who can authentically represent Growve's portfolio of health, wellness, and beauty brands. We are not looking for a translator—we are looking for someone who understands the cultural nuances of Spanish-speaking audiences and can effectively build relationships with creators who influence those communities.

The Affiliate Specialist will support brands including Vitauthority, M3 Naturals, Sunwarrior, SMNutrition, and others by expanding Growve's network of high-performing Spanish-speaking affiliates and helping them succeed.

This is a fully remote, Independent Contractor role.

Scope of Services:

- Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Deep understanding of the LATAM Hispanic/Latino creator ecosystem and cultural nuances.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnership management.




- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to recruit and retain creators.
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, creator discovery, and platform best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, nutrition, beauty, or fitness.
- Comfortable reviewing creator content and providing strategic feedback to improve performance.
- Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center or affiliate management platforms is preferred.
- Previous experience working directly with Spanish-speaking creators or influencer communities is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

- Existing network of Spanish-speaking TikTok creators or affiliates.
- Experience managing creator outreach at scale.
- Experience working with supplements, beauty, or consumer packaged goods brands.
- Basic content creation experience or understanding of short-form video best practices is a plus, but not required.

Engagement Structure & Success Criteria

- Services are delivered on a project-based or milestone-based basis , with deliverables agreed in advance.

- This position is fully remote, working hours will align primarily with US Central Time and will be agreed upon contractually.
