Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results. Each day, you will be responsible to meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level). You will also showcase your expertise by developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.

- This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Reciente Leon.
- You will be mainly accountable for:




- Prepares the annual production budget for multiple production lines, overseeing progress and implementing corrective actions to address cost issues.
- Manages resources effectively across lines with varying headcounts (ranging from 55 to 200 employees per shift structure) and production volumes (100 to 250 sections per week).
- Develops and executes strategies to optimize the operational performance of multiple production lines.
- Ensures alignment with customer requirements by managing (mid-complexity) orders efficiently.
- Collaborates with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles, optimizing production capacity across diverse product mixes.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives tailored to the complexity of each production line, reducing non-value-added costs and increasing yield rates.
