In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, partnering across the business to bring the One Microsoft vision to life. You will build strong relationships with leadership teams, provide thoughtful coaching, and help guide complex people and business decisions that drive organizational success.

As a strategic HR partner,



you will lead and support initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, compliance, and business performance. You will navigate complex HR challenges, influence decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders across Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Payroll, People Operations, HR Consulting, Employee Experience, University Recruiting, and external partners to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

This role also offers the opportunity to connect Microsoft with the broader community by fostering relationships with professional organizations, universities, and community groups that help strengthen our culture, talent ecosystem, and social impact across Mexico.
