General Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the LATAM + Mexico sales strategy for the personal care ingredients portfolio
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Executives; set targets and review pipeline performance
- Own and grow relationships with key strategic accounts across LATAM, including Mexico




- Forecast regional sales and report on performance against targets to senior leadership
- Negotiate high-value supply agreements and pricing structures
- Represent the company at senior level at regional industry trade shows and conferences
- Liaise with manufacturing, R&D;, and regulatory teams (including HQ) to align supply with market demand

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- Fluent Spanish and professional working English
- Proven track record of building and hitting regional revenue targets
- Strong people-management, coaching, and forecasting skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City; able to work on-site
- Willingness to travel within LATAM and internationally as needed
